Experienced Multinational Corporate Attorney Kevin Giebel

Kevin E. Giebel has worked with multiple multinational corporations in the role of outside general counsel since 2006. He possesses extensive experience as a senior corporate attorney representing diverse domestic and international companies, including biomedical and energy companies. He has successfully overseen numerous mergers and acquisitions and additional complex corporate transactions. Kevin Giebel is also knowledgeable in areas of risk mitigation, employment and insurance law, and transactional planning.

Mr. Giebel is authorized to practice law in both Wisconsin and Minnesota state courts, holding valid licenses issued by their respective bar associations. He has served in roles with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, and various district courts. His trial experience includes civil representation and criminal prosecution.

Kevin E. Giebel studied constitutional law and earned his JD from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Away from his work, he stays active through hiking and kayaking.
